Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-19
Traderton ("we", "our", or "us") provides trading infrastructure for AI/LLM agents: venue integrations, order execution, risk enforcement, and reconciliation, exposed to connected operator platforms over a secure, machine-to-machine boundary. This policy explains what trading data we process on behalf of a connected operator platform and why. It covers only what Traderton itself handles — receiving signed tool invocations, executing and reconciling against trading venues, and storing positions and fills. It does not cover the account, authentication, or LLM data handling of any operator platform that integrates with Traderton; that is governed by the operator platform's own privacy policy.
Trading data
On behalf of the connected operator platform, Traderton processes:
- Trading activity (orders, fills, positions, P&L) — needed to execute orders, enforce risk limits, and reconcile positions against the venue.
We use this data for:
- Execution — submitting and tracking orders against the connected trading venue.
- Risk — enforcing risk limits before and after orders are placed.
- Reconciliation — keeping stored positions and fills consistent with what the venue reports, so downstream state stays trustworthy.
Data storage
Trading records (orders, fills, positions) are stored in persistent database storage so that execution, risk, and reconciliation can operate against a consistent record. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Trading venues
Orders are submitted to the trading venues Traderton integrates: Hyperliquid, Bybit, Jupiter, and 1inch. Only the order data required to execute, track, and reconcile a trade is transmitted to the relevant venue.
Retention and deletion
Trading records required for regulatory compliance may be retained even after a deletion request from the connected operator platform.
